+ Are ready-made label designs right for me?

Our products are a good solution for any producer needing a new label. However, if you have a very specific idea for your label, have the time, energy, and desire to design it from scratch, then our honest answer is no. You'd likely be happier working with a designer to create a custom design.

+ Do you sell the same design multiple times?

It depends. We sell our non-exclusive designs multiple times, but our exclusive designs are one of a kind and are only sold once.

+ Do you supply the brand name as well?

No. You need to supply your own brand name. Just remember that you are prohibited from using a brand name in conjunction with any of our non-exclusive products.

+ Will you customize my label for me?

Yes! We offer several types of customization services both before AND after you buy a label. Learn more here.

+ Do you provide product support?

Yes! We'll happily provide techinical support should there be an issue with the product. You can email us at support@piquelabel.com

+ Do you give refunds?

No. Due to the fact that our products are digital and can’t be returned, we don’t provide refunds for any reason.

+ Can I remove Pique Label's branding (the red square with the "PL" inside) from the label design?

No. The Pique Label branding cannot be removed - doing so is a breach of the product licensing agreement. The only way to legally remove it is with written permission from Pique Label. If you require more information, please contact us.

+ CAN I PLACE A PRODUCT ON HOLD while I get sign-off from other decision-makers?

Yes! For a small fee, we can reserve any of our exclusive products for you for 2 weeks at a time. Learn more!

+ Do your products contain designs for other packaging elements like cork and capsule artwork?

No. Our products contain only label designs. That said, you may utilize the design to create any other packaging elements you like!

+ WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We use Squarespace's built-in payment processing partner, Stripe™ which enables you to pay with all major credit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

+ HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER WILL I RECEIVE THE LINK TO DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT?

Immediately! You will also receive an email containing a link to download the product which will be active for 24 hours.

+ Can the label be used internationally?

Yes. Legally, you are allowed to use the label internationally. However, because the labels are created to conform to the wine labeling laws of the United States of America, they will likely need to be modified to adhere to international laws.

+ What if I didn't find the style of design I am looking for?

Let us know what you're looking for! We are constantly working on adding new products and welcome suggestions!

+ Do you guarantee that a label I purchase from you will receive a Certificate of Label Approval (C.O.L.A.) from the Alcohol and Tobacco, Tax and Trade Bureau?

No. While our designs are created with wine labeling laws in mind, we cannot guarantee you will receive a C.O.L.A.. We suggest you have a compliance professional review the design before you purchase it from us.

+ Who makes your products?

Pique Label’s products are created in-house by professional and experienced wine label designers.

+ Will I own the copyright to the product I purchase?

No. The purchase of a product provides you with a license to use the design, but does not transfer to you the title/ownership or copyright. Please read the Terms and Conditions to learn more.

+ Can I purchase the copyright to the design?

Sure! If you are interested in purchasing the copyright to a design, simply contact us.
